Donnie entered the mortgage business in January 2007 as a loan officer for a large mortgage company in Plano, Texas. He has managed branches of multiple mortgage companies in the Dallas area and been able to use his experiences to develop a tremendous team of mortgage professionals. Donnie entered the U.S. Army after college where he excelled in his telecommunication field and then he spent nine years working on fiber optic telecommunication equipment for several equipment manufactures. He uses the skills the military taught him and the attention to detail he developed while working as an engineer to counsel and structure mortgages for customers. His philosophy is to get to know his customers situation from the beginning to ensure he advises them properly with the structure of their mortgage. He prides himself on his communication and being able to resolve difficult situations. Donnie would prefer a referral partner or customer call him on Saturday or Sunday than to have them wondering and waiting until Monday to ask a question. He and the entire Frisco Team work very hard to manage the customer’s expectations while at the same time providing exceptional customer service.
